Release Claim Delay

When missing information, such as an authorization or insurance info, has been obtained and added to the patient’s case, you can release any claims on Claim Delay using this page.

  1. From the patient’s account, navigate to Charge > Release Claim Delay.       
  2. Select the desired case from the Case drop-down.                
  3. Enter a From Date and/or Thru Date to filter the results and click Search.
  4. Place a checkmark in the Select box for each charge you would like released. Alternatively, you can check the Select All button.                                                       
  5. Click Save.
  6. A dialog box will display confirming the release. Select OK.
