Edit/Delete Charges

Let’s review how to edit or delete charges that have not yet been billed. For charges that have previously been billed, contact updates@webpt.com.

Charge History

  1. Open the Charge menu and select View Charges.                                       
  2. Use the Search Box to select a patient.

Edit a Charge

Only charges that have not been billed will display the Edit, Edit Visit, and Delete buttons.

  1. Click Edit to make changes to the single charge line or select Edit Visit to make changes to all services on that Date of Service.
  2. Depending on your selection, edit one or multiple service codes.
  3. Select Save.

Delete a Charge

Only charges that have not been billed will display the Edit, Edit Visit, and Delete buttons.

  1. Click Delete on the charge you want to remove.
  2. On the dialog box, select Yes.
