Payer Alerts

You can create alerts that are specific to an insurance company. These will display in the patient header.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Constants Setup > Payer Alerts.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select an Insurance Class or an Insurance Code.
  4. Type in the message you want displayed in the Alert Message box.
  5. Click Save.
  6. The alert now displays in the patient header.
